Returns & Replacements
Shireen Inc products comes with 1 year manufacturer warranty. Defective products can be return via RMA for warranty repair services. Customer are entitle to cover shipping cost to our factory while Shireen offer Ground shipping cost at no cost for product repaired under warranty. If product can't be fixed we'll offer a replacement, if products are returned under acceptable conditions. Products out of warranty can be return for repair services if RMA number is provide by any of our technicians and customer are responsible for round trip shipping costs.
